Delivery

Upon recipt of your order we will confirm whether all items are in stock. Items in stock will be dispatched within 5 business days of receipt of payment. Should any items be out of stock, you will be contacted with an estimated dispatch date, although we cannot be held responsible for incorrect dates given by the manufacturer. Please allow 7 days from the dispatch date for delivery of any items. Please be aware that the shipping charges apply to UK mainland addresses. Please contact us if you would like us to ship to anywhere else in the world.

Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, within 24 hours of receiving them you can return the goods in the original condition for a full refund of the purchase price. However you will be responsible for the full cost of carriage both ways.

Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you should find items defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of those goods, where upon you have the choice of a full refund upon return of goods, including postal charges, or replacement of goods. Please be aware that I will personally be dealing with your orders and checking each individual item that we send and therefore will assess any such damage that may have occurred in transport or handling of goods by the customer upon its return. Any items returned and found to have been damaged by the customer will not be replaced and additional costs may apply if goods can be repaired and returned.

We take pride giving you as much photographic detail and information as we can from the manufacturers including colours but can not be held responsible for colour or dimension variations out of our control that may exist.
